Initial Phone Consultation - Free

Every client is entitled to a free 15-minute phone call to briefly check their interest in services, navigate availability and costs, and get to know the therapist to establish a good fit.

Assessment & Treatment Plan

At the beginning of your therapy journey, each client will have a 90-minute session to complete a bio-psychosocial assessment. During this appointment, we will work together to gain an understanding of your emotional, mental, and physical health, as well as identify the support systems in your life. We will also discuss the goals you hope to achieve through counseling.

Assessment & Treatment Plan –
$200 for a 90-minute appointment

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is a counseling appointment with only one person in the room who is the identified client.

Individual Therapy – $150 per hour

Professional Services

Clinical Supervision

I am an Arizona Board Certified Clinical Supervisor and I can offer supervision for your clinical hours as you work towards your independent licensure. I can provide all clinical supervision hours for LAC supervisees, and a portion of clinical supervision hours for LMSW and LAMFT supervisees. Since 2021, I have supervised multiple individuals across all three licensure types.

Supervisees in Agency Settings:

Individual Hour – $150

Supervisees in Private Practice Settings:
